Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your notice the suspicious activities that have been taking place in our location lately.
Many residents including me, have witnesses coming across certain kinds of suspicious looking people with odd black turbans on their heads and with weird looking outfits.
They even seem to have weird faces like with long beards and evil eyes. They keep watching people with evil looks and they seem like they have been doing something illegal or some deeds which might be of danger to society.
Request your immediate necessary actions on these people to assure our safety.

I am xxx living in Arumbakkam since I have born. I am a college student studying in a college located in Chennai city. I am writing this letter to you to inform some suspicious characters of my locality.
Recently, I have spotted some well grown men walking across my house by scanning all the houses in my street. I though they were nobody searching for some address on that day. Today, I have seen them all again scanning the street.
They are not belong to this area as far as I know. I request you to consider this issue with atmost seriousness.
