Dear Sir ,
It is herewith written for the replacement or refund of newly purchased Cellphone abc . I order cell phone a week ago from your online shopping website flipmart under a sale scheme . Yesterday I received the product but the cellphone was in damaged condition. The product is not as it was shown in your website. It has many problems in its functioning. The speaker and camera of the phone are totally damaged .
I contacted to your Service care centre regarding the grievances. But nothing happened yet.
I request you to either replace the product or refund me .
