Dear Sir,

I, Sudha, write this letter to you as the head girl of ABC Public School. We are planning a trip to Mysore in the coming weeks fro a few students of he school and would like to ask for accommodation.

The trip will consist of 15 girls, 20 boys who will also be accompanied by 2 teachers. Please let me know the price and services that will be available. The trip is of 2 days next month. Do let know about the available vacancy along with the types of accommodations available and if there are other services such as breakfast, a bus service etc.
