Let me give you an understanding on how writing letters function. Whenever you write a letter the very first thing you would is include the person you are addressing the letter to. The next thing you would do is compose body paragraphs which contain information, since this is a letter there is no need for an introduction or thesis statement since it is basically only a letter not an essay. However, letters must contain four paragraphs or more and must stay on topic unless it is an unprofessional letter for your family/friends.
Below is an example of how the letter would appear as, please note that this is only an example to show you how letters are composed.
Dear (name),
For school I am researching about cleaning and cleanliness and I wanted to make it aware to you what I found. I found that cleanliness is good for the society and helps keeps the area around is safe and sanitized from germs.
One thing which I researched about however, is that some people are allergic to cleaning products, I found this interesting because I had always assumed cleaning is good for the environment and as I read this I wanted to research further as to how this could be. I found out that people who are allergic to cleaning products, are allergic to the materials inside them.
In conclusion, I want to add that cleaning is beneficial for our society, however since it could be a cause of allergic reactions to people we should be more careful as to how to use cleaning products in our daily lives.
