letter on filth and garbage

dear sir,
my name is xyz a resident of nikhil vihar Coloney. i am writing this letter to complaining you about filth and garbage in our surrounding.
the main problem is rubbish collecting van does not come regularly, because of this the litter is heavely being deposited on the road after two days it produces bad smell this is harmful for us. it attracts various insects and micro organisms something in windy atmosphere garbage is disperesed on the entire lane which makes the colony untidy.
i am concerned about the safety of my family member and residence of colony hence i believe this problem should be solved as early as possible.
to address this problem,i suppose that the rubbish should be collected daily. as a responsible environmental officer you have to look into this issue.
