Subject: Accidents due to an underage driving
Sir,
I want to bring to your kind notice the increasing number of newspaper reports about the accidents due to negligent driving by teenage children who are not even have for driving licence. parents allow their children to drive their vehicles. They have neither enough experience to handle the controls of the vehicle. Moreover, when they suddenly encounter a Person, animal or obstacle, they get confused and make a faulty move resulting sometimes, into accidents.
I request you, sir, to punish such faulters strictly so that they don’t dare to do this bad work. Instruct the traffic guards to check the licence of drivers who seem underage. Please take any other necessary steps to stop underage driving.

2. Get as much supervised practice driving as possible.
3. ALWAYS wear your safety belt.
4. Underage drinking and drug use is illegal.
5. Limit your passengers.
6. Limit your night driving.
7. Keep it slow and safe for starters.
