I am a regular customer of medicines named as follows, Ueastrai and Ytrasty. Generally, I buy these medicines from shops present near my house and of your company. This time there is a shortage of availability of my medicines.
Therefore, it is need to request you to please deliver me the medicines as mentioned above as well as in the copy of doctors receipt attached with this letter.
I would prefer to pay on delivery. I would be really grateful if my medicines arrive at the earliest.
