dear editor, (to address), through the columns of your esteemed newspaper,i wish to draw your attention to the insanitary conditions of our area. in our area the sweepers don't do their work properly,they don't sweep the roads,streets and lanes regularly,heaps of garbage and refuse can be seen everywhere.
