Sub-Poor sanitation of water in our area

Sir/Madam

Through the columns of your esteemed daily i would like to ventilate my views on the affore mentioned topic.
Sanitation is an integral part of our life. And sanitation of water is very important. Lack of sanitation of water can cause contagious diseases. Lack of sanitation in our area is causing serious problem. Some people have been infected by water born diseases. It also promotes the growth of mosquitoes leading to the vulnerability of Malaria and Dengue to occur. I hope that the concerned authorities take steps in order to prevent further damage.

Sir,

    I would like to mention the daily suffering in our locality due to lack of sanitation and hygiene. In this area, there is no dustbin on footpath and the process of garbage cleaning is very much irregular. The uncovered drains, heaps of rubbish and stagnant water are causing mosquito and other insects. Bad smells also come from these.

Due to the last rain, the condition of this area has become more pathetic. We have complained to municipality repeatedly but no actions are taken by them.

You are requested to give a small space in your newspaper for this matter to be published.
