I am writing this letter to you seeking your assistance for the little school going children. I wanted to inform you that the children are having a very difficult time walking long walks from their home to their school. They are quite exhausted from carrying heavy bags from one town to the other. They did it twice with their parents but cannot, its just not possible. If you could kindly arrange for a bus facility nearby town for the school-going children, I would be highly grateful. Thanking you,

Dear Sir,

I am a resident of ____ area. There are many school students (including my son) in our area going to school in neighbouring town. Their parents find it difficult to arrange private vehicles or opt for school bus facility as both the options are expensive for them.  

I hereby request you to arrange bus service from our village to the neighbouring town especially for these students. I hope that you understand the seriousness of the situation
