Sir
Through the columns of your esteemed daily I would like to venture my voice about the need of complaint nuisance of loudspeaker.
Nowadays in our locality, nuisance of loudspeaker is increasing. I think not only in our area but also other places too. During functions or any religious festivals loudspeakers are needed but here is too much loudspeakers for that students can't concentrate on their studies as well as old and sick people are also having some problems as they can't take rest or whatever. So we should need this to be stopped as the nuisance of loudspeakers are increasing day by day and creating a disturbance in surroundings around us we live.
I will be obliged if you can publish this letter in your daily editorial column.

Thanking you

To

Commissioner of Police,

Delhi.

Subject: The nuisance caused by PA System.

Sir,

The government has issued orders banning the use of loudspeakers (PA System) in public without obtaining prior permission. However many individuals and groups are still ignoring rules and misusing PA Systems.

Many restaurants, cafes and night clubs are using loudspeakers at full volume. This misuse of loudspeakers, especially at night, causes much disturbance to the students who are studying for their exams. It is very difficult for them to concentrate on their lessons when loudspeakers are being used at every corner. The use of loudspeakers in temples is another public nuisance.

Further, we also need to think about the sick people at home or admitted in hospitals who need rest and sleep.

The law enforcement agencies must prevent the unauthorised use of loudspeakers and causing public disturbance. It is one of the causes of noise pollution too. I therefore earnestly request the authorities to take appropriate action and book anyone misusing loudspeakers.

Yours sincerely,
