Subject : Complaint regarding malfunctioning of a recently purchased TV set .

Sir ,with due respect I ( Name ) a resident of..........( Place) wish to express my anguish at the malfunctioning of a recently purchased TV set.The TV was purchased from your reputed showroom on 22 June , 2018 against Bill number
MN/67/674 with a warranty period of two years.

The product started giving trouble within one week of its purchase . The screen shows dark lines continuously and often the voice quality goes down . We have to struggle with it very often . When the local technician was contacted,he reported a malfunctioning defect.it was very disheartening that a product of your reputed showroom should present a problem.

Sir , my hard earned money has been spent on the TV . So it is earnestly desired that the product be replaced/repaired at the earliest . My letter should be treated as urgent and customer satisfaction guaranteed.
