Sir I am xyz living in ABC colony ..

I return this letter to thank you for the government dispensary that you have opened in our locality. The dispensary is working very properly and has reduced the rate of sick in our locality before this dispensary was opened lots of small kids were undernourished and suffered from viral fever and dengue cold and cough was the most common disease been suffered and left untreated just because lack of proper medication thank you sir once again for opening the dispensary in our colony
