Subject: The disturbance of protests and demonstrations.
Sir,
Through your esteemed newspaper I would like to express my deep concern about the increasing protests and demonstrations which result in disturbance and many inconveniences.
Nowadays it has become a normal thing for any Union or organization to stage protests and demonstrations against almost anything. This trend must stop because it causes inconvenience to the larger public. During such protests and demonstrations shops are closed and streets or roads blocked. We are left helpless under the circumstances.
People need to think about the sick people who must be taken to a hospital or buy medicines. Schools are closed and the syllabus cannot be completed.
The government must come up with a strong legislation to ban protests and demonstrations. There are many other peaceful ways to solve problems and disagreements. Follow the non-violence policy of the Father of the Nation and Democratic Principles.
