sub: regarding parking issues in our city

I am rehan residing at raigarh in (place). recently I have been noticing the lack of parking facilities in our city due to which road blocks are occuring. we can solve this by bring multi storey parking facilities in our city which would be compact and could accomodate plenty of vehicles. so I kindly request you to bring this issue to the notice of the public by publishing an article regarding this.
