Sir
Subject : regarding sanitary conditions in locality
Through your esteemed newspaper I want to draw the attention of public and authorities regarding the poor sanitary conditions I our locality .
There are a lot of pits on the roads which becomes a breeding place for mosquitoes in rainy season. There is no proper sweeping and dumping of garbage. Due to damaged roads it leads to risk of accidents . Last month a couple met with an accident due to this. The roads , pits , garbage, open nalas create a dirty look of the locality. There is a urgent call for proper sanitation condition by the members of locality.
I hope that you will help us by considering our condition right now.
Looking for positive response ahead.
Thanking you,
Yours faithfully,
Harish Kumar

Subject: Complaint against unsanitary conditions of Mayur Vihar locality.
Sir,
Through the columns of your esteemed daily newspaper I wish to highlight the unsanitary conditions in the locality of Mayur Vihar, New Delhi.
The drainage system is damaged. The drains are chocked by garbage and the dirty water is flowing freely everywhere. The stench is unbearable and it is a health hazard to the residents. The residents are suffering untold hardship because of the unhygienic piles of garbage and the damaged drains in their locality. The Municipal Corporation has not distributed any waste disposal bins to the residents for more than four years. The unsanitary conditions has become a potential to spread different diseases.
Therefore, I request the Municipal Corporation and the concerned authorities to address the problem as soon as possible.
Yours sincerely,
AMAR DEEP
