Then after that explain him in a pleasing way that what are the importance of punctuality in life tell to him that everyone respects and love those who are on punctual on their work and disrespect those who are lazy and late then if u wish then u can tell that becoz of the late submission of newspaper we didn't came about the cutting of water supply today ;then explain your problem make sure that because of your advice he should not feel bad.....
