Subject: Faulty Food Habits of Teenagers
Dear Sir:
I write to your good self to express my deep concern over the problem of the faulty food habits of teenagers. Teenagers nowadays prefer only food that appeals to their palate, irrespective of the fact whether the food is nutritious or not. The food that waters their mouth is only fast food. They have aversion to balanced, nutritious food.
Fast food causes havoc to the health of children and teenagers. Health issues such as obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, poor eyesight, cholesterol imbalance, headaches, depression, dental problems, and many more are on the rise.
Through the medium of your esteemed daily I appeal to the Health Ministry to look into the matter and take preventive measures in this regard. I also appeal to people to abstain themselves from eating too much of fast food. I am hopeful you will give my ideas enough space in your newspaper. Thanking you.
Yours truly,
Sumit Avasthi

Subject: Food Habits of Teenagers
Dear Sir,
As teens turn out to be freer in their food decisions, they once in a while appreciate enjoying some not really healthy alternatives.
Youngsters hit the fast food eateries significantly more frequently than they did when they were more youthful. This has a tendency to be a result of school, games and work routines covering consistent supper times.
To dodge this negative behavior pattern, converse with your high schooler about just eating fast food once every week. At that point make supper and sound food accessible to him when he has sufficient energy.
This is as simple as settling a plate for him and enabling him to warm it up when he returns home from his games practice or from school.
I hope you consider my letter.
Best Regards,
