Respected sir,

sub: requesting you to plant blue and green bins in the city.

As I am the resident of YYY city

I am requesting in you to plant the green and blue dust bins in our city because the residents of city are throwing the dust at the road side which is affecting the people to walk on the roads.because of this

reason our city is identifying as a most polluted city and it is opposite to Swaccha Bharath Abhiyan.so that's why I am kindly requesting in you to plant the bins and do the needful.
