Subject: A requisition to arrange a get-together event for the teachers & students who all are there for the SSC Batch – 2008.

We the Alumni & Alumnae, passed-out in the year 2008. Sister, we are on an idea to arrange a get-together event on our school premises, all our class members are willing to arrange this event. In that event we’ll invite all the teachers who taught us when we were studying SSC in our school. We are willing to do a small felicitation and honoring ceremony for the teachers & for the school management with mementos. We also would like to present a gift to school as our remembrance. We assure you this program wouldn’t cause any loss to the school property and we’ll arrange the program in such a manner that school reputation will be taken care of. We are very well planned in all the aspects to make this event a big success. As an initial step we are informing you. So, you kindly accept our requisition, so that we’ll move on to other arrangements.

We hope we’ll be getting the permission from you, we shall be grateful to you if you give us permission.
