Dear Sir,Madam,

I am writing this letter regarding sanction of underground drainage facility to our newly constructed school located at Gandhinagar, Hyderabad.

To commence with, our school name is New Central School which is constructed a 6 months ago. However, there is no underground drainage facility linked to it. As a result all the water used daily is getting accumulated in our school surroundings, and which eventually becoming dwellings for flies,mosquitoes and several street animals.

Could you please visit our school with big heart or assign a team of officials to inspect the situation to sanction the underground drainage facility at the earliest to avoid spread of any epedimic communicable diseases.

I chivalrously request you to consider our appeal and facilitate underground drainage system to our school.
