Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to inform you that the problem which I am facing from your home is noisy. Firstly, I am the guy who has been living for 3 months beside your villa. Recently I have shifted my home from Rockville, Washington. As my family insisting me to move due to my son's exam. Actually, my son has been studying in an Arts college and doing some presentation work as well for the upcoming conference.
Let me come to the point directly, the main problem we are often hearing from your resident is lots of noise. As a consequence, my son not able to do the paper and presentation work. Will you please get down the volume of your speaker and also knot your dog outside of the garden. So, my son would get some time to prepare for his conference meeting. This might need a couple of weeks. After that, you can continue on what you have followed in your usual way.
I hope you would understand the problem and take necessary action on this. Please do not take this issue as a low priority. we need this to happen swiftly as soon as possible.
