SUB : Letter of Order

I am Mr. Srikanth Patel, sports teacher of the above mentioned school. I wish to place an order regarding the sports requirements for the following aceademic year. The details are as follows :

1 - Badminton racquets - Ideally of “Yonex” - 17 sets

2 Du mb-bells- Req. Wt : 3 kg, 5 kg - 10 pairs

3 - Soccer balls - Perferably of “Cosco” - 12 balls

4 - Hula hoops - Only “M (medium)” size - 5 hoops

The goods must be delivered positively by the 5th of January 2018. The advanced amount of Rs. 30,000 as discussed, has been credited to your account through a cheque drawn in favour of your company. (Cheque no. CS1789). I would greatly appreciate if the goods were delivered on time, in good condition. Damaged goods and delays will not be entertained. Expecting a reply at the earliest.
