Myself (your name) from (your locality).Sir I would like to request you to pay your attention towards my locality.There are many complaints of chain snatching and it's happening very frequently here now a days. Just 2 hours ago, my neighbour was coming back to her home and two people snatched her gold chain, nearly 7pm. And it's happening either 6 to 7 am in the morning or 7 to 9 pm in evening.

I would like to request you to take action as soon as possible and do patrolling in our area.
