I am Arpit Sharma student of Class 10th A, requests to inform you about my sudden deteriorating health in the past weak , due to which I couldn’t manage to attend school for seven days

The doctor had advised me complete rest in these days and as a result, I couldn’t come from 9th April, 2018 till 15th April, 2018.

My health problem started all of sudden with headache followed by fever
