To the principal,

Dear sir/madam,

I hope your in health. I am a student of your school, in grade 9. I am the class representative of my class and i wanted to write this letter to you seeking permission for a field trip next week. We wanted to go for a project and thought that this field trip would give good sense of understanding of the nature if we go for a visit to the park and museum which are side by side.

I hope you will allow our class 9B to go for this trip. Once you give me the approval my teacher will ensure that slips are sent out to parents seeking permission. Thanking you.
