Respected sir,

With due respect, I want to say that students and faculty of school are having a problem of safe drinking water. The water is supplied at the school is not in a proper condition and safe to use. There are complaints of some stomach problems among students. (show your actual problem and situation). A water quality test was conducted at our school and its results were not satisfactory. As you know water is an essential constituent of life and its safe and fresh availability is a necessity in a school.
