Ma'am,

I am the parent of ABC of class IV B . I am writing this letter to you for asking private van for a month.

I had met with an accident one week before and one of my leg got fractured.So I am unable to drop my child to school and pick him from there. My child need private bus for one month to reach school as well as home.

You kindly please allow my child a bus from your school.
