I am a student of class 10 B of your school.

Past 1 day I have been suffering from high fever. Now even the fever hasn't come down. Doctor has suggested me a bed rest of 2 days.

So I request you to grant me a leave of 2 days i.e.18th Nov and 19th November . I am attaching the medical report with the application.
