Subject: Inconvenience Caused By Poor Road Condition

Sir:

I am writing to your good-self to bring to your attention the

inconvenience being faced by the residents of Green Enclave. The road in our

locality had been laid many years ago. In the intervening years much of the

road has been badly damaged owing to construction work, laying of new sewage

and water-supply pipes.  We wrote many

letters requesting the concerned authorities but to no avail. Owing to the poor

conditions of roads, everyday there is a mishap of some sort. During the rains,

the situation becomes the worst. Vehicles get stuck miserably in the mud.

I on behalf of the residents of the area appeal to you to

relieve us of the inconvenience we have been facing for so many weeks. Our

children, elderly, and other people are getting hurt every day, not to mention

the harassment we are constantly facing. Kindly either repair the road or have

it laid anew. I hope you will seriously look into the matter. Thanking you.

Yours truly,
