This has reference to your notice wide ref no. 04(1)ST&LP/2011 dated 16th December, 2016 stating that we have not paid our sales tax.

Please find attached alongwith this letter the Xerox copy of the bill for the amount paid.  We request you to correct your records so that it doesn’t show us as a defaulter.
