Subject: Repair of village school toilets

Sir:

Respectfully I wish to state that the village school toilets are in very poor state. The urinals and toilets have been damaged. The pipes connecting the toilets and urinals to the sewer also need immediate replacement. It has become impossible to use the toilets because of the stink and squalor. Girl students face lots of inconvenience. I appeal to you to have the toilets repaired at the earliest. I shall be grateful.
