Subject: Banned crackers being sold

Sir:

I am writing to your good self to bring to your notice that shopkeepers near my house are selling banned crackers. The honorable court has issued guidelines to sell green crackers with low decibel levels and reduced emission. However, only the high-decibel and high-emission crackers are not only being sold, but also being let off.

Crackers often contain elements like copper, cadmium, sulphur, aluminium and barium remain in the air for a long time putting the lives of city dwellers at high risk. I appeal to you to take strict action against the offenders. Thanking you.

Yours faithfully,

Radhika
