Subject:Can't wear shoes due to sprain in the foot.

Respected mam,

I XYZ of your class want a permission from you. Yesterday I fell while playing in the ground. Due to it I had a sprain in my foot. So as per it doctor advised not to wear shoes for a week. So I wanted to approach you for the same.

So please grant my permission to wear black sandals in the school. I promise when my foot gets healed, I myself will start wearing shoes.
