Respected sir
Though this letter of mine I would like to divert your attention towards the potholed and broken roads of the colony. There are so many pits that it is difficult to recognise whether pits on the road or road in the pits. The condition becomes worse in rainy season the pits get filled with rain water resulting in breeding ground for the mosquitoes.
It has resulted in cause of many disease like dengue and malaria. The street ligths are also not working reaulting in many thefts and mishaps.
We have written about to the officer of muncipal corporation s many times but in no use.I hope that through this letter a quick action will be taken to solve the problem.
Thanking you
Your Sincerely

Letter to the Commissioner of Municipal Corporation about potholed and broken roads in the colony.
Explanation:
To,
The Administrator,
Municipal Corporation Officer,
Labara (MP).
Subject: Regarding pot holed and broken roads.
Respected Sir,
With due respect, I would like to inform you that i live in Vijaya nagar. It is a highly populated area. Here many people use the road to travel daily to schools and offices. School children commute using auto rickshaw. However, the roads here are very much damaged and in the rainy season water is filled in the pot holes. This may cause serious injury to people who travel in this road.
Therefore I request the concerning authorities to look into the matter seriously and take immediate action for solving the problem.
I shall be highly obliged to you.
Thanking you sir,
Yours Faithfully,
Shubham.
