Dear Sir,
I am Preeti, a student of St. Joseph’s Convent School. I use the train no.s 123455 (or) 124233 as my daily means of commute to attend a school located in Jaipur 112233.
Many of the students from our town keep using many such trains as their daily means of commute to study. On behalf of all of them, I would like to request you to provide us with monthly passes or a concession on tickets.
This is to let you know that we work very hard to attend school and to acquire an education. Considering the future of young citizens like us and the future of our country, I am very much pleased to ask you for help. Your help today will give a great life to many poor students. It also encourages us to work hard for a bright future.
Request you to please accept my proposal in giving a concession for students who travel through trains everyday.
