Dear sir/madam,

I am writing this letter as an official letter of complaint to be registered. As one of the citizens to get affected by the local enroachment, I have to suffer alot.

Not just my family and I, but there are many people who are facing the same issue. Random people are coming to our areas, creating a mess and making noise. When asked, they respond that the lands of the forest areas belongs to them.

Sir/madam, this cannot go on like this for us residents are getting disturbed. There is too much noise pollution and we feel threatened at times as well as these criminals are seen carrying weapons for hunting too.

Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

Sub: Illegal encroachment in Forest area

Sir,

With due regret I wish to bring to your notice that for the past few days a group of people have been living in the forest's protected zone.

Being a resident of Durgapur and a frequent visitor of the forest I have come across an alarming increase in encroachment of the forest area.

These encroachers have set up tents. They are randomly cutting trees, burning the bushes and littering the area.  They have even hunt down several jungle fowls and hare.  

If immediate steps are not taken they will pose a terrible threat to the eco-system.  Being a nature lover I thought it my duty to inform you of the encroachment.
