I cannot help bringing to your notice the bad condition of roads in our city. Throughout the year most of roads are dug up. Traffic has to be diverted. there is danger of people falling into the pits that have been dug along the roads and also along the footpaths. How we wish our municipal authorities noticed such conditions of the roads. They will probably take very long to understand the difficulties of the people of our city. Let us hope that we will soon have broad, smooth and well kept roads in our city.

Subject : Recovering the damage caused to Kerala by floods

Respected Sir,

This is a heartfelt situation which I'm trying to let you know by this letter. I want you to know the problems faced by the people living in Kerala. Many lost their lives and property. People who lost lives can't be helped, but their family coukd be given some money. And people who lost their properties could get a little land. The situation over there first should be cleared.

I hope that this letter would be an eye opening to all the officials. Please see that this letter would be published in your newspaper. Atleast this way, interested people would pay the affected people residing in Kerala.
