Dear Sir,

                   Sub: Complaint regarding poor quality of food supplied in restaurant.

                  Recently, I visited XYZ restaurant located at Lal bazar along with my family members. During our visit it is noticed that the quality of food supplied is very poor. We could not even able to taste the food. On further inquiry, it is also found that the items used for cooking in the restaurant are also of very poor quality and proper cleaning and hygiene found in the restaurant.

                  By means of this letter, I wish you to please highlight this poor quality of food maintained in the restaurant to all the the public. Please take necessary action on this issue.
