From the esteemed column of your newspaper, I would like to bring your attention to the stress among teenagers. Stress can be both positive and negative. Stress during the exam time can motivate students to put extra effort to achieve good marks in class. While during other times, stress tends to make things difficult for teenagers.
Sometimes teenagers acquire so much stress that they began isolating themselves from others which leads them towards depression, experience anxiety and lose sleep.
Therefore, I request you to please organize a seminar in our locality for teenagers.
