sir
Subject: frequent power-cuts and scarcity of water
Through the esteem columns of your esteem newspaper ‘National Herald’, I would like to draw your attention towards the great scarcity of water in my locality. the quality of water supply in our region is decreasing day by day. Only 3-4 hours of water supply
Is available and that too with a very low pressure. This has made finishing household chores in time a very challenging task. But from a week or two, this has become worse. The water supplied is dirty and has a foul smell. This is really a matter to be stressed upon.
The second is the frequent power cuts of electricity which is creating a great impact on the daily life of common man and making regular tasks difficult.
So, I hereby request you to highlight this issue in your newspaper and the authorities to increase the hours of water supply and improve power supply.
Hope some positive action will be taken by the authorities at the earliest.
Best regards
Esha
