Respected Sir / Ma'am,

With due respect and humble submission, we would like to inform you that we, the students of class IX, of your school are planning to arrange a tree plantation programme in our school.

There are very less tree plantation programmes in our area, and as it's necessary for both the environment and the school to have such activities. Hence, I request you to kindly arrange a tree plantation programme in our school.

We had also come up with the advises and guidence by our PT and Biology teacher, Mr. T. Qadir and Ms. S. Mandal respectively. We will bring the require plants from the local municipality free of cost.

All of us are waiting for your permission. So, please arrange a tree plantation programme in our school.
