Respected Sir/Madam,

My regards. I, a local resident, wants to complain about the scarcity of water In our area.

The water here is so scarce that the women have to walk long distances at times to get freshwater, which is really not suitable for a developed city like Kolkata.

Therefore, I would like you to kindly print this in the newspaper, so that an action of some kind is taken before this turns into something Extreme.
