Sir

This is hereby to bring your kind notice that last month,I bought a samsung LED,32" from your shop for Rs30,000 via cash memo no.2365 dated 12 december 2018. At the time of purchase, you assured me about its good quality nd service.

It gave good service but only for some days.Now it has started creating problems. The screen gets bluered nd lines appear every now nd then. It makes a strange sound when it is started. HD function is also not responding. Sometimes,it gets switched off automatically.

It seems that the set has some technical defect. The LED has 2 years warranty. So,it is requested to you to get the defect rectified or replace the LED,if needed, under the terms nf conditions of warranty.
