Dear Sir/Madam,
Sub- In my locality a there are too much mosquitoes

As a citizen I would like to bring to your notice about that in my locality there is too much mosquitoes and no one is coming to spray the smoke and if it would be still like that it would spread some most dangerous diseases like daingue malaria and so on so at last
I request you to take some actions regarding our problem as soon as possible so that we can get relief
