Dear Sir,
I, Patty Smith, am writing this letter to inform you of a local area disturbance that has been causing great distress and anxiety among our neighborhood residents.
Since the new cinema has been built in our area at the corner of West and Central Avenue, we are not able to enjoy any peaceful relaxing moments in our homes. This is due to the fact that the cinema owner allows groups of teenagers and adults as well, to loiter in front of the cinema complex into very late hours of the morning causing an extreme noise disturbance throughout the neighborhood by starting their vehicles, honking their horns, screaming and yelling, and so forth. For those of us that have jobs that we are responsible for going to in morning hours, and children needing to get up for school, this makes it difficult to get a good night`s sleep.

Dear sir
Condition of law and locality in our area is very bad . The police officers not came at time and after that they don't do their duty properly .pkease take a suitable action against them .I will be very thankful to you for this .
