                                      Subject: Theft of my bicycle.

Dear Sir,

            I beg to report theft of my bicycle from State Bank of India Rampur. It was Hercules of Brown Color. It buyed it from Bajaj Cycles on April 23, 2011. Original receipt is attached herewith as proof of my ownership.

          Cycle was lost between 11:33 am and 12:03 am. I went inside the bank to deposit cash. I locked my cycle. I had kept it inside the premises. There was a lot rush inside the bank. When I came back after twenty minutes my cycle was stolen. I made enquiries from tea stall and other hawkers. All my efforts for finding my cycle was lost.

           I request you to get the cycle traced and return it me.
