I regret to inform you that irregular and late delivery of letters addressed to me have been causing setbacks to me for some time. I am sorry to say that I have not received many important letters sent by post prior to this loss too.

As per information, this letter reached your post office five days ago. But it has not yet been delivered to me. The letter is very vital for me. I, therefore, request you to look into the matter at the earliest and take remedial steps as soon as possible.

Subject - Enquiry about an important letter.

I, ABC living in your postal area would like to inform you that I have been receiving letters irregularly and late due to which it is creating trouble for me. I have not received any of my important posts yet.

Also, recently one of my relative from Mumbai has sent an important letter via speed post on 12th December 2018 which I have not received yet. I fear that either the letter has been delivered on the wrong address or have been in a loss. Kindly address my issue as the letter is very important for me.
