Sir,
I am a student at your school studying in class IX-A. Through this letter, I wanted to ask for the custodian certificate. I am in need of it as I have to apply for my passport. I and my family have to travel to the States this summer vacation as my cousin living there is getting married. To apply for my passport I am in need of the custodian certificate.
