Sub: Introducing Personality Development Classes

Dear Sir:

I am writing to your esteemed self to request to start Personality Development classes for +1 and +2 classes. Undoubtedly, we are being given best academic teaching and learning exposure at the school; however, we lack confidence to face challenges in real life situations. Our public speaking skills are horribly poor! Besides, we need to know skills such as time-management, motivation, critical thinking, communication skills, influencing abilities, managing skills, problem solving, creative thinking, social skills, managing money, etc. These skills will definitely equip us for the life after the school.

I am hopeful you will ponder over my request favourably.

Yours faithfully,

Sub- Arrangements for the stay of student

   Dear Sir/Ma’am

I’m writing this letter on behalf of our school principal requesting you to make arrangements for the stay of 200 students. Our principal has decided three days trip for the student to visit the Science city as it’s a part of the curriculum for class 8th, 9th and 10th. There are total 200 hundred students including with two teachers. We are reaching the Science city on 10th July 2019 and expected to reach by 3:00PM in the morning.

So I’m requesting you to arrange a stay for the students. I would appreciate if you let us know the charges for the stay. If you have any enquiry regarding this you can contact our Principal via contact no- +91666666666 or via an email- [email protected]

Thanking you for your time and I look forward for your response.

Sincerely,

(Your Name)
